In this regard, it is essential that shareholders keep their registration details duly updated with the brokerage through which their transactions are carried out.
Registrar Procedures for Obtaining the Income Tax Report
Income Tax Reports related to book-entry securities are made available exclusively in digital format by Banco Bradesco, contributing to the reduction of printing costs and the minimization of environmental impacts.
To access the document, investors must access the Digital Documents Portal (documentosdigitaiscustodia.bradesco), a platform that allows documents to be viewed, printed, and downloaded entirely in digital format, in accordance with the instructions below:
If the shareholder already has access, they must enter their CPF or CNPJ, the registered password, and the security characters displayed on the screen.
If the shareholder does not yet have access, the following steps must be followed:
1) Acess the portal documentosdigitaiscustodia.bradesco, and click on “First Access”;
2) Enter the CPF (Taxpayer Registration Number) and date of birth. In the case of Legal Entities, enter the CNPJ (National Register of Legal Entities) and the date of foundation;
3) Select the identity verification option (phone number or email);
4) Enter the code received and create the access password;
5) Upon completion, acess will be enabled using CPF or CNPJ and the registered password.
After completing the login process, the Income Tax Report will be available under the “Documents for Download” menu.
Additional Guidance for Access Issues
If the token is not received during the first access, the shareholder may follow the procedure below:
1) Access the portal and select “Chat with Us” at the bottom of the page;
2) Select “Access Issues”;
3) Choose the option “Token not received”;
4) Select the type of person (Individual or Legal Entity);
5) Confirm the requested information;
6) At the end of the process, a token will be provided to complete the first access.
In cases where registration data is outdated or incorrect, the procedure is as follows:
1) Select “Chat with Us” at the bottom of the page;
2) Select “Access Issues”;
3) Choose the option “Incorrect data”;
4) Select the type of person;
5) Confirm the requested information;
6) A token will be provided for access, and the shareholder must follow the instructions displayed by the chat.
Furthermore, for Bradesco account holders may also consult and issue the Income Tax Report directly through Internet Banking, under the option: Investments > Other Services > Inquiry > View Income Statement.
